Just a new user needing some help

I am currently using an komplete kontrol A49 keyboard and have installed all necessary software. While the keyboard functions properly in Bitwig, I am experiencing difficulty shifting the octave of key presses using Vital. I have yet to find a solution to this issue.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance with this matter.
