I’m already in business right now with a welding and fabrication company but I live in Midwest USA and thinking about starting a business hosting business for bitcoin miners. Looking at buying 10-20 acres and building a Barndominum and basically out fitting proper ventilation and power to house 500units.
My only question is I guess how do you charge for renting out space?
Charge how many racks a customer can fill?
Charge a flat-rate for electricity supplied, security, and setup?
Also electricity is 0.1032Kwh where I live if you all we’re curious
