So, one of my new s19j pro 100TH went offline after mining for 3 days. The fans are all working.

It started offline with red light blinking, and no network port lights. I changed network cable, switch port, used cable from the adjacent working s19, all no go (light at switch of the correspondent port was off all the time). Room temp was 37c all day, in is 58c and out 75c, from other machines but they all had been fairly constant (all machine).

I hard reset (reset button 10 sec) it, then both lights flash a bit with green light at network port being lit (not flashing). After a while, all lights went off.

All these time, the machine did not show up in my router IP table, all machines had their MAC address assigned a static IP. Which I wasnt able to log into the machine to check.

I've contacted bitmain's after sales, but from previous experience, they will reply within a week.

So, I am writing this to ask if you guys have any idea what else I can do about the problem. Thanks.
