I want to invest $5000.00 into a mining rig

Hello r/BitcoinMining I am interesting in crypto mining and want to spend $5,000. I am mostly interested in mining in altcoin pools that swap around to the most profitable one. As far as electricity costs go I pay $9.14 cent per KWh. Will it be worth my investment to start mining at this rate? What kind of hardware should I be using for altcoin mining? What are some good places to research more? Thanks, Reddit!
