Question about This tax year

Sorry in advance if this is a stupid question. I did my crypto tax with Koinly and let’s just say I’m going to have to pay a lot of taxes. 50k and up it seems. My question is if I reinvent some money ( usdc is what I cashed out) back into other coins will I be able to bring down the amount of tax I have to pay? If yes it has to be within this calendar year? So I have today to act today.
