Deepbit vs. BTC Guild, which pool is better and why?

Alright, so I used to do a lot of Bitcoin mining in the past and I decided to start again. I remember my original Bitcoin pool was Deepbit but then I moved to BTC Guild because it was similar payment but with a more updated personal stats. Which pools do you prefer and why? Which has a better payout? With has better perks? What are the different fees?
I hope to get some good advice from some veteran miners, thanks in advance!
