Trezor for new BTC user

I'm looking for a hardware wallet for my dad (55 yo) to keep some of his bitcoins.
He doesn't really "get" bitcoin but has the intellectual capacity to understand some concepts.
What do you guys think about getting him a Trezor to keep some bitcoins on hand?
