Hardware RNG as standard hardware in all new PCs - When?

Got to thinking about how the Raspberry Pi apparently has a hardware RNG built into the very hardware:

And was wondering - when will this be a standard piece of hardware in all computers. And why is it not now? Seems like this would be something that many users (not just those in cryptocurrencies) would use out of the gate.

I would even go with a USB stick with software integration. Something like Mycelium's Entropy - so I'm not having to move my mouse all day (which is more suspect than a hardware implementation in my book).
