If you all can think back to when all the exchanges were getting blown up (around the time of the US Senate hearing); you may remember some of the issues that were relevant at the time. These issues arose between the months of November and December/ early January.
1- Denial of Service (too many users)
a. lack of proper infrastructure for expected traffic.
2- Slow and sometimes unreachable support
a. Wasn't it just Olaf supporting tickets?
b. Submit a ticket with them 3/24 and had a resolution within 24-hours
3- Purchases being denied
a. saw a lot of these issues throughout the months
4- Verification Process difficult for some people.
Here we are today and all of these issues they have tirelessly been trying to improve, if not resolve completely. We can see at Coinbase that they are constantly trying to improve, support, and promote the Customer -> BTC experience.
These guys are doing a great job and deserve some pats on the back!
Keep it up.
