How to maximize a sell/cashout (theoretically cause I ain’t selling)

For example, let’s say for simplicity sake. I have 1 BTC in cold storage.
Now price is pumped to 64k (fuck yea). Now I want to cash out before price retraces.
If I send my BTC from hard wallet to exchange, and network is busy it might take 1-2 hours for confirmation.
By the time the btc hits the exchange for me to “sell btc for USD” now price is back down to 60k
What is the best way to go about this? Is it just something you live with?
