Rental lease is up Sept 2025. Wife wants a house to raise family. Plan is to exit BTC in August 2025 and take profits for house.

I would like to hold my coin for longer. But I can’t justify to my wife holding the coin while not have enough for a down payment of house. Rather sell the coin, and try to afford a house down payment.
Any thought or advice is appreciated.
