Is it just me, or has the punishment for felony escape been changed?

I remember a few updates back, whenever you escaped from prison it would add more years to your sentence if you were caught. Now it is no longer like that. In fact, it doesn’t change at all. I’m not complaining, but I’d like to see it come back, because it adds a sense of realism to the prison system.
