Is it possible I will never experience the other sex?

So yes I have been sucked off twice by men( it was horrible). I am now out to my wife and she says she does not want me hooking up with men. Will she change her mind eventually or will this just be a fantasy for me the rest of my days? I won’t cheat( already have and now building back the trust)
