You’ve probably heard the thing where cishet men will be all touchy-feely with each other and will actively act gay and almost kiss as a joke. I’m pretty openly bisexual, and if the topic comes up I don’t try to hide it or claim that I’m not. When guys around me do stuff like that, I typically joke around like that too to kinda just like, fit in? I figure if they’re doing it, it would be normal for me to do it? But no, they’re always like “ew get tf off me weirdo” and think I’m doing it because I’m into them? Which doesn’t make sense at all because if I was into them, why would I do that? Like hypothetically if they were my type then I absolutely wouldn’t do anything like that? I don’t get why they see it as weird when I do it just because I’m bisexual when I’m not into them at all, and they do it to themselves all the time.
