Dating app alternatives that don't require much time or money investment?

So after being on dating apps for a few years, I'm [M25] kind of done with them. I'm looking for other ways to meet people, however, my obligations take up around 56 hours of my week already and that's not even including commuting. I also don't want to spend loads of money when it's not going to lead to anything. I can use that money for better things, like actually feeding myself or building my future. What are some cheap, simply ways that I can meet people that don't require me to spend too much time or money?
