Hey everyone! Phoebe & Jay’s will officially begin business this Saturday!

I have a gig that morning in front of Trak Shak (thank you to those who recommend them in my last post!) selling for the running group that morning as they finish and arrive back at the store. I can’t guarantee I’ll have many sandwiches left over (144 sandwiches for about 150 potential customers), so this will mainly be for the runners.

BUT, I’ll have another 144 ready for sale later on, either during lunch time or later on in the evening. I’m just not sure where to set up. I realized Homewood is a pretty big municipality, so I’m sure there’s some type of event or location going on Saturday.

But even still, I can also set up in parks.

I won’t be able to take pre-orders at this time, but that will be an option down the line. Capacity is limited at the moment, so it’s first come first serve.

There will be 4 sandwiches each of all 36 possible flavor combinations. I apologize if anyone is unable to get the sandwich they may have wanted; but also, this menu is designed around encouraging people to try flavors they’ve never tried together before.

The menu is as follows:

Sandwiches: $4-8 (listed below)

Bananas: 75¢

Electrolyte water: $1

Coke/Pepsi: $1 (can)

IZZE fruit soda: $1.50 (strawberry, blackberry, mango, and apple)

Organic Milks: $2.50 (low-fat, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry)

You can pair any of these butters:

With any of these jams/jellies:
