The results are in for the PB&J scores from yesterday’s post!
Post Body

Polling for the initial lineup is officially closed, so I apologize if you wanted to cast your votes for yesterday’s list. HOWEVER, there is a tie-breaker for the fruits which will be listed below and you can cast your votes in this post to determine which of those two fruits gets to join the initial jam/jelly lineup.

This community showed up in full force yesterday and gave me more data than I could’ve asked for, as well as some very good advice for how to make this idea even better! Thank you to all who helped and participated!

Here are the voting results from yesterday. The winners are in bold text:

Butters:

1) Pistachio - 11 2) Almond - 8 3) Pecan - 8 4) Macadamia - 7 5) Cashew - 5 6) Pumpkin - 4 7) Walnut - 2

Jams/Jellies:

1) Peach - 12 2) Blackberry - 9 3) Pineapple - 6 4) Tie: Apple jelly and Raspberry jam - 5 5) Cherry - 4 6) Blueberry - 3

I really wanted cashew to pull through, but I take no issue at all with the butters that prevailed over it. All four of the winning butters are solid choices, with pistachio taking the clear lead.

I was quite surprised by how low blueberry ranked. But then again, amidst the competition, it makes sense that other flavors would’ve taken the forefront.

Now, we need a tie-breaker between apple jelly and raspberry jam! Put in the comments which one you’d prefer to be able to try first.

And thank you all again for your support and participation! None of this would be possible with your help!
