Contractor for finishing a basement and adding a bathroom?

We're having a company waterproof our basement, which will require some walls to be ripped apart. We decided that now would be a good time to go ahead and finish the whole basement.
I'm researching and talking to contractors now and wanted to know if anyone here had recommendations or good experiences. We're planning on finishing the unfinished parts, and adding a bedroom and bathroom.
