Haven't been to Birdie in years since living out of the area, hoping to make a trip up from Sydney next week if the sun comes back out.
What's the situation like with rangers? Is there a locked gate?
Do we think I could get away with staying in my van overnight in the carpark undisturbed? Was thinking about taking some shrooms and spending a day in the sun, definitely wouldn't want to get moved on in the evening.

The rangers frequent the area better off to get a permit or national parks entry pass at the very least about $20 for the year for park entry pass if you just get the one for munmorah conservation area only
