I’ve been on Abilify along with other meds for over a year and it’s super helpful; I still get breakthrough symptoms sometimes but it’s never too severe. However, I find that my hands are really shaky, especially when I try to grab small objects. Like today, I was opening a ketchup packet and I could barely do it and it took way longer than usual, people notice and it’s embarrassing. Does anyone else have this problem if you’re on antipsychotics, and how do you manage it?
Edit: thank you all for sharing!
Yea I usually just say I’m hungry too lol

I take metoprolol for tachycardia but unfortunately it doesn’t really help for tremors :(
