I am just about to start my second semester of my freshman year at university, and my schedule is pretty busy. I have a large enough window to allow for therapy on Thursdays, but I called the office only to find out that she only works Monday through Wednesday at the exact times that I'm in class. The worst part is that I am currently in a state where I'm mostly stable but I can feel myself slipping and I need therapy more than ever. I am having severe anxiety causing me to dissociate at times and I am having SH urges that are greater than normal. I just don't know what to do.
Edit: Thank you all for your responses, I will see what I can do, and in the meantime Iām just trying to practice self-care whenever possible. Thanks again!

I actually did leave a voicemail asking if she could do an appointment earlier in the morning and Iām just waiting for a response.
