Post Body

Created /r/BipolarAndSober/

I’m newly diagnosed with BP2 and just broke the news to my sponsor. While he took it as well as I could have expected, being told ‘we’re all a little bipolar aren’t we?’ in response did make me realize he’ll never fully understand what I’m going through. WHICH IS FINE! I personally go to AA for my alcoholism but there can be overlap between all the challenges I face. However, I’ve found reddit so helpful in a myriad of other ways that I thought this might be helpful to others who are in recovery and perhaps struggling with issues that only someone else with a similar diagnosis might appreciate.
