Stopping my meds bc I don’t think I have it

I don’t think I have bipolar so I’m stopping my lithium. Have any of you done this before? I genuinely am fully convinced I was just making it up this whole time. I know this is bad but I feel like shit taking pills when I feel like it’s not necessary.
