I haven't been sleeping well this year. I stopped Zyprexa last December, which always made me sleep like 10 hours, and I've tried 4 or 5 antipsychotics since then. I've had a couple of manic episodes, one mild and one severe, this year. Like a lot of us I'm super sensitive to lack of sleep and I've been feeling more and more anxious as the days go on. I'm worried I'm going to trigger another episode. I'm usually okay if I stick to a strict schedule but lately that has been difficult for me. I had a friend come over last night and watch a movie and they didn't leave until 11:30, a full 3 hours past my usual bedtime. I got maybe 6 hours of sleep. And I woke up having the worst panic attack for the second day in a row. I don't have any issues falling asleep but I always wake up in the middle of the night and then way too early in the morning. I've tried Melatonin, really strong weed gummies, ambien, trazodone, sleepy time tea, moon milk, cutting out caffeine after 12, etc, etc. I'm so frustrated. I feel so off track and I'm finding it difficult to get back.
