Went to neuropsychologist and neurologist team (for a concussion) and asked for a second opinion on my bipolar 2 diagnosis. I’ve struggled for years with knowing if I actually have it or not (diagnosed 10 years ago).
He asked if I sleep and if I spend a lot of money. I said yes I do sleep and I’m not crazy with money. Then he said he doesn’t think I have it, left it at that and prescribed me and antidepressant (for headaches) Was this an appropriate evaluation in your opinion?
Homeless people have bipolar disorder and they don’t spend a lot of money. The clinic I go to has a huge homeless client population.
