Bipolar with psychotic features question

I had psychosis due to mania, and then the psychosis dissipated within a week or two after antipsychotics. My question is, if the diagnosis of bipolar with psychotic features is correct (and not actually schizoaffective, for example), will I go into psychosis outside of a manic/depressive episode? Could I trigger the psychosis with stress, weed, etc.? Iām taking lithium and lamictal, but came off my antipsychotic after 5 or so months. Iām so fearful of slipping into it again. Thank you.
