Masters after graduating

Hello, I'll be graduating my Biomedical Engineering degree in May and I truly want to pursue further my studies. I have two ideas as to what masters to study. The first one being a continuation of biomedical engineering and the second is to go into biotechnology. Nevertheless, I wanted to ask and see if anybody recommends any other courses or options.
Preferably in Europe but I dont really mind if the programm is anywhere else.
