PT-141: Game-Changer or Overrated? Need Real Experiences

Been looking into PT-141, and the science behind it seems solid—apparently, it works on the brain instead of just boosting blood flow like Cialis or Viagra. But I’ve seen mixed reviews… some people swear by it, others say it’s overhyped.
Does it actually increase desire, or is it just another overpriced research chem? And what about side effects? I’ve heard nausea can be bad if you dose too high.
