Best Morning Drink & Tips for Winter Nasal Health?

Hi everyone,

Iā€™ve been following this subreddit for a while and have developed a supplement regimen that helps with testosterone, mental clarity, calmness, and overall wellnessā€”the usual biohacking goals. However, Iā€™m stuck on two specific issues and could really use some advice:

1. A Quick, Effective Morning Drink (with Creatine)

Iā€™m looking for a simple drink I can make in under 3 minutes that incorporates creatine and potentially supports gut health. Ideally, it would include:

  • Probiotics
  • A bit of protein (I aim to get most of my protein through food or a clean supplement tested for heavy metals).

Iā€™ve looked into Athletic Greens, but the cost seems ridiculous, and from what Iā€™ve read, itā€™s just glorified spirulina. What attracted me to it is how easy it is to make and the reported benefits for gut health and energy. My goal is to prep a drink that can be stored for 4ā€“5 days to save time in the mornings. Suggestions?

2. Dealing with Winter Nostril Issues

Every winter, I struggle with nasal congestion, a runny nose, and blood in my morning phlegm. Itā€™s not excessive, just a bit, but itā€™s consistent.

  • I practice nasal breathing, donā€™t blow my nose too hard, and avoid picking at it, so Iā€™m unsure whatā€™s causing this.
  • Iā€™m considering trying a NavƤge Nasal Irrigation Systemā€”has anyone here used it? Any tips or alternatives to reduce overnight phlegm and bleeding?

Iā€™d really appreciate any insights, suggestions, or experiences you can share! Thanks in advance.
