Morning all!
Just wanted to share my morning and evening stack. Self/Tiktok diagnosed ADHD with other possible spiciness. Wanted to get others opinion/feedback/recommendations. BTW the Ashwagandha at this dosage isnât giving me anhedonia.
Morning Stack L-Tyrosine 500mg Magnesium L-Threonate 2000mg Lionâs Mane Shroom 500mg 6 oz of Cuban/Espresso coffee
Evening Stack L-Theanine 200mg Ashwagandha 500mg Valerian Root 2400mg Magnesium Glycinate 400mg
