Raging headache after sleeping 14+ hours—help?

Post Body

Hey everyone, I need some advice. I ended up sleeping for more than 14 hours last night (definitely not planned), and now I have a raging headache that just won’t quit. It’s not dehydration—I’ve already had plenty of water. I also ate a balanced meal and even took a shower to try to snap out of it, but the headache’s still here. Also had coffee. Just the usual amount tho.

Any ideas on what could be causing this or how to fix it? Could it be some kind of sleep inertia or blood sugar issue? Should I try ice cream, magnesium, or something else?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions! 🙏
