Anyone with hypothyroidism? My TSH is 4.8 (normal T3 and T4). Feel like garbage and my doctor said I should be closer to 1 TSH and put me on medication.

Historically my TSH was usually 1.5 but I’m really surprised that such a small increase to 4.8 could have such profound effects…
