I have been on a diet of 100% bio avalible foods for the past month. The results have been remarkable so far. Tons of energy, no more brain fog, and I feel good mentally and physically. The biggest change for me is that I wake up in the morning with energy, where before I wouldn't be able to roll out of bed without hitting the snooze 5 times.
Im curious if anyone else have had similar results to going 100% bio available foods? The results were almost immediately noticeable.
Ps. I only did the organic, free range, grass fed, non-hormone, and non chemical version of this diet.
Edit - Replace 100% bio-available with "highest bio availability all natural diet."
