alright. lemme drop some context: i go to sleep around 8:20-8:30 pm everyday. i wake up at 4:30 on weekdays, but try to sleep in on weekends.
but i canβt. my body just forces itself awake, and i cant go back to sleep. my body had conditioned itself to sleeping 7 and a half hours every night, and waking up automatically once it hits that mark. i might have conditioned it to due to my weekday waking schedule.
i physically cannot get anymore sleep than 7 and a half hours to 8 hours per night. my body just stays awake.
any recommendations (preferably excluding melatonin supps) that will alloe me to have higher quality sleep and stay asleep longer when needed? thank you
