I usually try a few supplements at a time, but nothing crazy. Today I decided to go a little wild and combine:
1G black seed oil 150mg 5-HTP 175mg magnesium glycenate 1g lions mane 200mg l-theanine Probis 1G resveratrol 400mg coq10 Multi vitamin (lol) Put a bunch of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and cardamom into a drink, didn't measure.
So far, I actually feel a little better than usual. A little more confident and clear headed. Almost somewhat relaxed, even. More of those things than I ever feel taking just one or 2 of these.
