I am trying to get my life in order and a major component of that is getting a picture of my sleep. Sometimes I sleep more than 24 hours, or from 4am-Noon and then 5pm-2am, that kind of thing.
Sleep trackers that assume I go to bed at the same time and place, or that assume I have a diurnal baseline, do not work for me.
It cannot be a device that stays in my bed (since I often fall asleep elsewhere). I need to know what hours of a specific date I spend conscious vs unconscious.
Other information is fine but unnecessary. If anything, I would love to be able to log, for example, 5/5 Drowsiness at 9pm, falling asleep at 9:30, waking up at 8am, and having 3/5 Drowsiness at 8:30. You know?
A wearable device would be fine but I would prefer an app.
The Bearable app works kind of, but trying to track a sleep duration longer than 23 hours and 59 minutes doesn't work. It also assumes I go to sleep at night, and doesn't take time of sleep into account- just duration.
