Dopamine boosting following alcohol cessation

Morning, afternoon, good evening.

I'm almost done reducing from an absurd amount of alcohol daily for months, down to nothing. Been doing it slowly and under intermittent medical supervision. It's fine, easy to do, it's just math time.

I have noticed that now I'm nearly at the end of the process, down to 20 units per day (from 90 units at the start), I'm having dips in energy and mood more frequently. Spoke to my doctor today, they said it's likely my dopamine is lower, and I have to wait for my body to adjust its baseline level of dopamine.

I'm inclined to agree because I've noticed that over the last week I've been craving hot sauce like crazy, been putting it on all my food.

I've only ever lurked here until now, I have been an avid supplement experimenter in the past, but that sort of stuff goes out the window when you're drinking 2 liters of vodka a day. I can go Google things sure, but I trust this community soo...

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to boost my dopamine whilst I finish the last leg of this process? Anecdotal or peer reviewed or just curiosities you've seen, I'll take any advice.

Also if anyone reading has been through anything similar, please hit me up and let me know anything you did that helped.
