Is there a way to reduce the adrenergic load of stimulants?

I love stimulants for workouts, studying, even just socializing. They are also a very handy tool for fat loss, but I've found that taken them daily for weeks at a time has serious adverse effects like brain fog, anhedonia, hair loss, poor sleep, high blood pressure, worsening skin. I can live with anhedonia and brain fog but I don't like the acceleration of aging or increase in blood pressure. I'm assuming these negatives can be attributed to the adrenergic effects of many stimulants. So I was thinking maybe a simple beta blocker could be of benefit. However, at that point I feel like I may as well just take no stimulant at all since I will be blunting a lot of the stimulation with the adrenaline blocking. Is there any way to reduce the adrenergic load of stimulants but still "feel" the stimulation? Or are these goals mutually exclusive?
