I live in France and order from Sunday, a german company.

Last month I had no money so I tried a multi vitamine, and some magnesium citrate powder.

I know cirate isn't the best form for me but it was cheap (7 euros for 200g, 1g = 145mg of pure mag) and they claim the great quality.

Obviously every company will say that their products are the best but I like this one, they seem legit but to be honest I can't be sure oc

-Thoughts on this brand ?

-Thoughts on mag citrate ?

I need magnesium for sleep, anxiety, RLS, vit D synthesis, bone and teeth, heart, everything lol but I can't buy all forms.

I have gastrisis also. And many other problems but I really need something gentle with stomach Not a big problem if this form is laxative.

-Do you have a website recommandation for France with good price/quality ratio ?

I could make a post wich describes my needs if someone is willing to help me, I am a tricky subject lol, well everyone is but...

I'm not able to work since last year and have 500 euros per month to live (very hard) for now.

I will have the double hopefuly soon (disable people can have 1000 e per month under certain conditions here and I should know soon.

If not I will have to work again, until I crash but I don't want to think about this for now
