I couldn't properly write this or organize about it unfortunately, It's mostly a vent I geuss but would be happy if you have any advice.
I feel kinda depressed but better than a few months ago, I don't think about killing myself so it's chill. I always feel kinda tired and fatigued but am also a bit hyperactive in a way I talk too much in school possibly because there are too little stimuli (they banned phones too) and I also shake my legs when I'm in a mock exam or in classes too idk. I have some problems about attention in classes but I don't know if it's actually anything or just that I can't learn from school I usually like to speed up Youtube lectures to like 3x speed with an extension and learn from them...
I also get a little upper back pain since school seats are too short maybe that also play a part in me being tired. My heart rate seems to be high in school sometimes it goes beyond 100 when I'm just in class and trying to listen to the teachers, sometimes slowing my breathing to 10 breaths per minutes might help but it's hit or miss it seems, it's normally 90-ish or 80-85 when relaxed but it's hard for me to feel relaxed haha. I sometimes feel too little appetite and finishing a meal seems like a work, but it might be related to how I gained about a kilo and now maybe my body tries to go back by making me feel less hungry. But I don't feel hungry even when my stomach growls idk maybe a little bad but not typical hunger.
I feel like my sleep quality isn't great I wake up 1-2 times per night but it's probably because of school since I have to comply with their hours 6 days a week I can't sleep naturally in a way that I have a great night's sleep. I go to bed at 10.30-11 and wake up at 7.30 but it definitely don't feel enough. I can't say about losing interest because I don't have much thing that makes me happy haha, I started to play offline poker it was actually pretty fun in the first day but got boring fast at the next few days. I'm 16 almost 17 and 12th grade which is typically about preparing for uni exams in my country
