Is it ok to take vitamin B complex 50 every day?

Since I'm vegan I need to take B12 and others just in case I'm not getting them with food.

It seems like the amount of individual vitamins in the complex are higher than the recommended daily intake so I take it 3 times a week.

But also it seems like I feel better on the days I take it or maybe I'm imagining it.

Anyway, is it ok to take it every day and will the excess be discarded or better stick to 3 times a week?
