I developed an unknown liver/gallbladder issue that impacted my absorption of fat and fat soluble vitamins like A and D and subsequently caused my testosterone levels to crash and to lose weight.
This liver/gallbladder issue has almost completely resolved as I was able to correct my fat soluble vitamin deficiencies and my weight stabilized and increased. My testosterone levels are recovering too.
One issue that remains is that my triglyceride levels are deficient and in fact have further decreased. Don't know if this is related to my diet. I consume a diet high in protein, medium in fats ( lard, butter, coconut oil, 4 eggs a day) and low carbs. I thought such a diet would increase my triglyelerides, but it hasn't.
One thing I notice when consuming what is considered unhealthy food like burgers and fries, I can feel big difference in testosterone levels as my symptoms ease. I doubt eating such food is good in the long run.
Is there a safer way to increase triglycerides besides unhealthy food choices?
