Good evening health aspiring fellows
I am lost. In the fucking rabbithole that sub is.
How the fuck can one know if they have this symptom because of mold, lack of zinc, pelvis tilt, autism, too much calcium, weak digestion... it's freaking me out !
For examples :
-If I do bloodwork and see my b12 is low. I supplement. But hey, did you know the b12 in blood is not accurate ? Ok so how tf I do ?
-I want to eat the best food but damn, oxalates?
-I do push ups. It's messing with my back.
You get what I mean ?
I'm overwhelmed by information. Nothing is simple. So as life, yeah, I get it, living is a thin balance and everything but I just want to be healthy, I suffer, and it seems so hard to grasp all the details and establish the perfect stack, meals...
My examples are not the bests, because my english is not either and my adhd mind, it would already be hard for me to write what I really mean in my langage but I think it's enough to understand my point
