(Man, 31) My question is based on if you just cant reach high numbers with diet only : 5000mg a day

- 99mg pills x many times a day

- coconut water daily (very expensive)

- potassium citrate powder (1/4 a teaspoon a day max, because it can be vary dangerous).

I know electrolyte juices or powder exist but they all have sodium, i only want to get my potassium up.

to anyone who tried, has to worked to lower BP a little bit ? thanks !

update : im already taking daily hisbiscus tea, beet root powder, 2-3 bananas, omega 2 figh oil, l-citrulline 4g a day ,D3 K2, zinc, magnesium glycinate 400mg, b12, etc. - very fit and active (weight training running), great diet and low sodium. still in hypertension stage 1..thats why im asking about high potassium diet. cialis doesnt lower my BP.

i tried amlodipine (calcium inhibitor) which lower my BP by 5-10 pts but i feel like it decrease my libido a lot.
