Post Body

I'm taking 300mcg molybdenum glycinate chelate in Thiassist in thiamine protocol.

I take also Natural Factors multi which has 10mg Zinc Picolinate and 1mg Copper Bisglycinate.

I wonder if someone has some info/data on which dose molybdenum deplete copper??

I know copper is important for DAO and don't wanna mess with it. Before 2years my copper was border( mainly was blamming NAC), but after that I was supplementing daily with AOR Zinc Copper.

Molybdenum is very important for me(SOUX enzyme) and makes change tolerating sulphur and I escape diarrhea and bloating from TTFD and s-acetyl glutathione. I have homozygous C677t and CBS 699t. Also have gilberts syndrome on top of that.

Also I'm very sensitive to b6 supplements even 2mg P-5-P.
