I know l-theanine is one of those compounds that everyone seems to have a different experience with. BUT, I have an anxiety disorder and thus some sleep issues which Iām currently working on with a psychologist.
I have found l-theanine helpful to take an hour or so before bed, but I tend to wake up during the night. I was wondering if anyone has tried taking it during the night and whether it helped you get back to sleep or not?
The dose I take is 225 mg/capsule, and I take 1 capsule with my magnesium before bed
