Does TRT give you sexual fantasies like you're young again?

When I was under 30 I had many sexual fantasies and if a woman's body part was shaped a way I liked I became hyperfocused on it and felt great arousal.
Of course all that is gone now. Which means not only the intensity of my libido has changed, but also the way it works.
I wonder if this is because of hormones or if my brain has changed.
