Hello, I’ve been diagnosed with LP. I’ve had it for over 20 years on my legs and arms, which went away after a gluten-free diet, but then it has returned with a vengeance very painful. This is my new treatment plan as all the steroid creams have been useless. I’m wondering if LP is a result of a bad immune system cites: McPherson T, Cooper S. Vulval lichen sclerosus and lichen planus. Dermatol Ther. 2010 Sep-Oct;23(5):523-32. doi: 10.1111/j.1529-8019.2010.01355.x. PMID: 20868406.
I started using the Peptide Thymosin Alpha – one which is used to a boost, the immune system and people undergoing chemotherapy
