I have an important exam in 5 weeks, and I'm having a hard time focusing and feeling mentally energized.
The exam comes after a long streak of exams, but it's been already 6 weeks since the last one and I'm still having a hard time with focus and mental energy.
I'm taking NMN, Omega-3 and a vitamin complex, but I don't think they're having a massive impact. Habits-wise I'm sleeping fine (>7h day), eating well (barely any processed food, although perhaps not too many carbs), working out, and so on. I recently did a blood test and markers are fine. So it's definitely accrued cognitive drain, rather than anything physical.
Doctor said I was just fine, only mentally fatigued, and didn't actually prescribed or advised on anything specific, but any recommendations here? I just need to push through for another 5 weeks. It's the last exam.
Thanks!
