Did a little experiment:

3 weeks effect on serum free Testosterone, taking the following:

Ashwagandha 450mg×3-4 -Fenugreek 500mg×1 -Fodagia extract 750mg×2-Tongat Ali 2% eurycomanone 200mg×2, plus boron 6mg×1, zinc 20mg×1, vit D with added K2 5k IU every 2-3 days.

Herbal teas: green tea with Ginger, I read Ginger might have a rule in spiking LH- FSH so I added 2 grams powder to my tea daily.

Diet: I eat with my family nothing strict, I just minimize oil fats and no sugar, I take my healthy fats from Chia seeds and natural peanuts.

Steps I've taken to make sure it's accurate:

1-Refrained from any Test altering supplements for 2 weeks prior to the experiment even vitamins.

2-Samples taken 8 A.M for both.

3 I -didn't change my workout routine or volume during the period.
